Crewly vs Kylon

Kylon is a shared workspace where people, AI agents, company knowledge and tools work together. Crewly is narrower: it gives each agent pull request a receipt that says whether the test your team approved passed, unchanged, in your CI.

TopicKylonCrewly
What it isA workspace for people and agents, for small and midsize teams. Kylon also names agencies that run AI workflows for clients.Delivery receipts for agencies whose client work is done by AI coding agents.
AgentsNames Claude Code, Codex and Devin among others, and says you can bring any agent. Agents run on Kylon Cloud, on your own computer, or on Devin Cloud.Any agent your repo triggers from a GitHub issue that opens a pull request. Run end to end on Oct 19, 2026 with the Claude Code GitHub Action (non-Anthropic models via OpenRouter) and the Codex GitHub Action (an OpenAI model via OpenRouter). A Copilot template exists but is untested.
ApprovalsApproval cards to grant an agent ongoing access to a connection, to publish a public file snapshot, and to publish an app where approval is required. A file snapshot approval covers that exact file version. The scope and a Playwright test are approved together as one version, and the test is locked by hash.
Tests and CILists engineering integrations including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, CircleCI, Sentry, Datadog and Vercel, where agents "triage bugs, draft PRs, and surface alerts". We couldn't confirm a feature that checks tests or CI results against what was approved.A "Crewly Receipt" check on the pull request: did the approved test pass, unchanged, in your CI. Deleted, skipped or weakened tests and CI edits are flagged for a person.
Sharing outside the teamA public snapshot of a file that anyone with the link can view. Later edits stay private until a new snapshot is approved. Links can be revoked.A client receipt page: you preview it, then publish. No login, expires (30 days by default), revocable.
ClientsEach client gets a separate workspace. The free pilot covers up to two client projects, each with its own GitHub repository. A paid or invoiced workspace can hold more.
PricingCore plan: billed per workspace, from $50 a month for 500 credits up to $800 for 8,000. Pro and Ultra are custom-priced through sales, and their credit amounts are marked not final; a Bring Your Own Agent plan is labelled a pricing concept. Agents and workflows pause when credits run out. 7-day trial; the FAQ says a card is needed.Free 14-day pilot, then $99 per client project a month. Crewly doesn't meter your agents: your CI and agent runs are billed by their own providers.
Security statusSays SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 audits are in progress, and GDPR compliant. Not SOC 2 certified yet. The security page lists what is built and what is not.

Kylon may fit better if

  • You want one workspace where agents help with operations, sales or finance, not only code.
  • You want agents to build and publish small apps for your team.

Crewly may fit better if

  • Your client work lands as GitHub pull requests written by coding agents.
  • You need to show a client what was checked against the agreed scope, and what was not.
