Is there really a free trial?

Yes for Team: the first 14 days are free, no card. Solo stays free during early access.

Do you train models on our data?

No. Crewly uses Anthropic and Voyage APIs with explicit no-train terms. Your memory is yours, exportable any time.

What happens when the trial ends?

Crewly tells you before it does. Subscribe to keep the Team workspace running; your memory stays intact either way.

How many seats do I need?

Team billing starts at a 5-seat minimum at $25/seat/mo. Smaller crews can start free on Solo while we're in early access.

Refunds?

Full refund in the first 30 days, no questions. After that, prorated on plan change or cancel.
